Esama Ekpeye Logbo of Ekpeye Land and Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon Prince Chibudom Nwuche has congratulated Chief Gowon Okoko on his coronation as Eze Nwe-Ula (Paramount Ruler) of Idoke Community in Ahoada East L.G.A of Rivers State.

Speaking at the coronation ceremony at Idoke community which was graced by the Ekpeye Regent and Eze Igbu Upata III HRM Eze (Dr) Felix Otuwarikpo and Ekpeye Council of Traditional Rulers and Chiefs, Nwuche urged the new Eze Nwe-Ula to see his new position as an opportunity to serve his people and attract development to the community, noting that his choice by the community was as a result of the trust and confidence the people have in him and should endeavor to justify it.

Nwuche who later paid a courtesy call on His Royal Majesty Eze Dr Felix E. Otuwarikpo, Eze Igbu Upata III at his Ihuaba Palace, also inspected the level of work at the Edeoha site of the new Palace building and commended the King for his developmental agenda and commitment to the peace and security of the Kingdom by working closely with security agencies to rid the area of all forms of crime, emphasizing that no Kingdom will grow if there is no peace and security. He also used the opportunity to call on the youths to shun cultism and criminality but rather join hands with well meaning Upata and Ekpeye people to support the king to achieve the desired development for the people.

Nwuche who had earlier visited the Adventist Charity And Orphanage home at Edeoha in company of His Royal Majesty Eze (Dr) Cassidy Ikegbidi Eze Igbu Akoh II where he presented food items and cash gift to the children of the home, made a stop over at the Edeoha market where he bought some items before proceeding to The Tropicana Hotels and Resorts Ahoada and was hosted by the Executive Chairman of Ahoada East LGA Hon Barr Ben Eke.
